LWA — Loot With Assets

Development handoff draft · EVM-compatible, Robinhood Chain preferred · Updated 29 July 2026

1 · Executive summary

LWA is an on-chain asset-pack protocol where every loot outcome is connected to transparent backing and an immediate exit path. Users open a pack, receive a randomly selected asset position, and choose to keep it, redeem it for its defined backing value, or relist it into pack inventory to earn future activity-based fees.

ONE-SENTENCE DEFINITION · A permissioned-by-default, eventually permissionless protocol for creating collateral-backed on-chain loot packs with verifiable randomness and Keep / Redeem / Relist settlement.

7 · Delivery phases

MVP protocol first, creator program second, $LWA token only after sustained fee revenue. See the full roadmap and Phase 2 tokenomics.

IMPLEMENTATION ASSUMPTION · The MVP must generate real protocol activity and fee revenue before token incentives are enabled. All fees, ratios, thresholds, and launch parameters are defaults and must remain configurable.
